In this clip, we're going to do reach to the toe crunches. For this exercise, we're going to come down upon the sand area. This is a good way to help tighten and tone the abdominals to get us ready for our swimsuits. And, also it will help tone the legs the quads and the gluts. So, we can look nice and fit in our bathing suits. Ok. So, you're going to lay down on your sandy area or your grassy area. Take your legs straight up. You want to have them about just a little close to shoulder width apart. Hands behind the head. Imagine you have a fist sized space between your chin and your chest. And, you're going to crunch straight up. Exhale on the way up. Arms nice and open and inhale on the way down. You squeeze up, tense and tone those abs and relax. Now, we're going to do three leg positions on here. So, I would do ten to fifteen in this leg position with your feet closer than shoulder width apart. Feet touching. And, then you're going to go to your next position shoulder width apart. Now, if you don't want to lay on the sand you can also put a towel down or a yoga mat. Ok. So, you're going to crunch up and relax. Exhale and bring it down. And, our third position which is going to be a little more challenging. Because, the legs are further away from the center of the body. It's like a nice V position. So, you're going to crunch up and relax. This will really help tone up those ab muscles so you can fit and firm in your bathing suit.
