So I've moved down to the hips here. There is what is called the sacrum hose. The hose of the sacrum and I feel lockage and energy there. Hips are a very sacred place. It is the connector between our upper body and our legs. A lot of things are stored here. Emotionally we keep a lot of anger and also repressed sexuality obviously in this area.
