Bicycling in deep water is a great workout as well to improve your core stability and balance. Simply sit on the noodle as if you were riding a horse or a bicycle and move your legs in a jogging or circular motion. Your arms also will help pump you along. You can either use jogging arms as I'm using now or you can do a modified breast stroke technique. No matter what be sure that your ears shoulders and hips all stay at a straight line. This is really going to work that core.
