In this clip we're going to work on both the core and twisting. It's called the simple spinal twist. It's not as simple as it sounds. So, here's Amy, she's laying down, her arms are out to a "T". She's laying on her back with her knees bent. She's going to inhale, draw both knees in towards her heart, and then as she exhales she is going to reach both knees simultaneously over towards her right hand. Then, on an inhale, she's going to reach both knees back up and then exhale she's going to reach the knees out to her other side. Her left hand. Be mindful to keep the other shoulder, opposite shoulder, down. Inhale, lift up, exhale, once more over. It's a great abdominal twist. Inhale once more. Come back to center. Last time, reaching the knee to the opposite side. Inhale, come back to center, exhale release your feet back on to the ground.
