Now I'm going to show you how to use these supplies. First, you're going to have a towel for yourself. And you could wrap that onto your belt or tuck it into a pocket. And this is useful for when you're slotting the stones out of the pot. You can dry them off before you place them on the body so that it doesn't wash any of the oil off. Then we're going to place the stones on the body. And I usually start on the back. So when I'm placing the stones in the pot, I put the first ones in that I'm going to use last. So the first ones I would put in are the smaller stones, the working stones. And these are the smaller stones. They're about medium sized. They go as small as these for facial. The stones have lead content in them so they retain heat very well. That's why we never put stones in the microwave. So I'd put these stones in first. And stones like this are perfect for working stones because they conform around your fingers. And you can use a lot of trigger point work with these stones. The medium stones that we place in our hands we use for gliding motions and we can also use it for petrissage and effleurage. And these are the bigger stones that we would place on the back or the arms and the legs at the sharper points, or on large muscle groups. And the bowl is for the ice bath. And that's how you use tools for the hot stone massage.
