Okay, the next drill we'll do is the ball between the legs drill. And this is to help you with your crossover dribbles, and also just dribbling the ball between your legs. And what we'll do is you start by placing the ball between your legs, going in--through the inside to the outside, and you're just walking, stepping, and putting the ball through. And this is to help your legs know exactly how much to spread apart for the ball to get through comfortably. And you can go forwards and backwards. The better you get at it, the faster you should go. This drill is to help you with your crossover dribble and any other dribble that you use to go between your legs. But just by doing this will help you. You can stand still and move around. You don't have to dribble yet. Just practice doing this, it's all ball handling. And that's the ball between the legs exercise.
