The next drill we'll work on is the basic ball handling drill. And what you want to do when you dribble is practice keeping your hand on top of the ball, not under, because that's called carrying. You want to keep your hand on top of the ball and keep your body as low as possible. The ball shouldn't come above your waist like this. It should stay low, between your feet and your waist. And just practice keeping it low. And switching hands. And this is the basic ball handling. Practice staying low and keeping your head up. Don't look at the ball, always keep your head up.
