In this clip, you're going to come up, come up into what is known as Rock Pose, with your hands resting on your thighs, and is a very easy exercise designed to open up to the higher centers. Simply, inhale as you turn your head to the left and exhale it right. Inhale, mentally vibrate Sut, and exhale as you mentally vibrate Nam. Keeping your focus inward up to the third eye point. Go at your own pace, according to any stiffness you may have. This actually does help to alleviate some of that stiffness as well, but the main purpose is to open up the energy flow to the higher centers in the brain and the higher chakras, and inhale come center when you've reached your three minutes, and exhale as you pull the mullah bandha. Relax.
