In this clip bring your arms out, straight palms up. Now bring them to the shoulders with the fingers and front thumbs behind. Sitting up nice and straight. Going to simply inhale as we bend to the left, bring the elbow down to the ground, exhale to the right. And make this a very flowing easy movement as you inhale left, exhale right, inhaling set, inhaling nam. That is your mental focus with the breath and the mantra and the movement all as one. Do this for three minutes and when you are finished inhale come center, pullmulabondo, powerfully exhale and relax.
