Yoga Basics: Warrior 2 Video

For warrior two, a basic yoga pose, keep the heels and knees aligned, pull in the lower abdominal muscles and keep the arms strong. Perform the warrior two pose with a strong breath using advice from a fitness trainer in this exercise video.

Take Action

  • Alignment is key-heel lines up with inner arch
  • Feet should be far apart that you can bend the left knee and it comes right over the heel
  • Imagine pressing the left knee out towards the pinky toe or outside of your foot
  • Pull the lower abdomen in and strong
