Hi My name is Kristine and yet again for new years resolution, mine this year is to change my eating habbits for life and of course those all my weight. The tips I could say are helping my is exercise as much as possible dispite my disability. The more I do the better I feel. Does sound like a an old cleche but it has diffinetly been working to keep me going. And Mulitvitamins the write ones and write amout have helped not only stay of track but give me the extra want to do the diet and exercise. I am very excited for this year and love the help of this website that lets me find others and there struggles and new motivation to keep trucking along...Thanks to all, and best wishes to all who need it........Stay Positive...Kris from Susanville
