Clapping push up. Pack your shoulders, activate your core, keep breathing. Absorb the shock in a controlled rhythm. Be sure you?re activating your chest. If you?re having trouble with the clapping pushup first try it against a bench, and if that is still too difficult attach an oversized band to a pull up bar, lie down on the band and perform your clapping push ups that way.
