Ball plank circles are a great core strengthening exercise using a swiss ball. You must be able to perform a standard front plank correctly before attempting this exercise. Take Action
- Pack shoulders and make small circles
- Draw navel in and activate core
- Shoulders directly over elbows
- repeat for both directions
