Ball plank rollouts are a great core strengthening exercise using a swiss ball. You must be able to perform a standard front plank before attempting this exercise.   • Shoulders positioned directly over elbows
  • Draw navel in and curve spine slightly
  • Roll out, roll in and crunch

Ball plank crunch, also called a rollout. Start by getting into a plank position curling your hips under you to lock in your core. This motion is all about moving the ball with your core, not your arms, so roll your back like a cat. Keep your pelvis level and draw your navel in with each rep.
