Rollups Video

Rollups may look easy but if you're keeping perfect form they won't be. Make sure you're keeping your arms perpendicular to your torso through the entire motion. Don't let them sag. Learn how to perform this exercise in this training video brought to you by Inflict Training.

Take Action

  • Shoulders down and away from ears
  • Draw and activate abs curving down slowly
  • Articulate spine one vertebrae at a time
  • Breathing is: Exhale => curve down, Inhale, Exhale => curve up
