Single Ball Flyes Video

Single ball flyes are a great core and chest combination exercise that also works on shoulder stability. For proper arm positioning, start with the ball touching the bench and your elbow directly on top of the ball. Take Action

  • Keep shoulders directly over elbows
  • Pack your shoulders away from ears
  • Hips and hips move together
  • Activate core and try to keep feet together (spread if necessary)
