Squat Chop Video

Squat chop, also called reverse chop, is a great full body, functional exercise. It trains hip snap and a heels to hands exchange that's used in most sports. Take Action

  • Pack shoulders and keep your arms straight
  • Activate abdominals and keep a neutral spine
  • Feet hip width apart and stabilize pelvis
  • Keep the squat pattern straight up and down (don't rock)
