One leg balance squats are a great exercise to build balance and strength on one leg. You should be able to perform these using a bench before attempting a true balance squat. - Pack shoulders and keep spine straight
- Bend at hip keep leg slight bent at top
- Don't load your knee, keep body angled forward
- Squat movement is straight up and down loading your heel
