Squat Row Video

Squat Row is a good full body strength exercise that challenges you from heels to hands. Be sure to your aggressive on your hip snap. We tell our clients all the time, "If you're slow on the hip snap, your row will be slow (thus harder)." Keep your chest high so you're not bending at the back, but rather hinging at the hip. Take Action

  • Pack shoulders and get into neutral spine (chest up, abs drawn)
  • Load hip not lower back, and don't over-reach
  • Squat deep, lean back slightly and don't shrug
  • Lift ribcage slightly to activate lats, now draw your navel to activate core
