Lateral Raises Alternating with Bands Video

Band lateral raises activate your shoulders and build your rhomboids - the muscles that stabilize and pack your shoulders. They're also a good beginner exercise that set the building blocks for more advanced upper body exercises. Take Action

  • Pack shoulders and get into neutral spine (chest up, abs drawn)
  • Activate and stabilize core
  • With straight arms, lift to slightly below shoulder height
  • Activate glutes
