Cobbler on the wall is a nice way to open up through the inner thighs and stretch the hips out. I'm going to have Emily do this for us here. Coming into cobbler, soles of the heel come together. Let the knees come apart and just letting everything slide down. As soon as she feels a nice comfortable position, I'm going to have her take her hands right to her knees. It's just a very gentle press. Slowly and gently pressing the knees towards the wall. Notice how her feet are almost opening up like a book there. Beautiful. It feels very good. She also has blanket underneath her hips because it's just more comfortable for her there. That's your own personal preference. One more nice breath. Gently pressing, not too hard. Feel the stretch, not a strain. Then I'm going to have your release your arms over your head. Just kind of cross them over your head. Just use this as nice relaxation posing. Breathing into your inner thighs. Breathing into your hips. You want everything to open up nicely for you. Just hold this for a few breaths.
