Here we go. Little bit squirley off the end there but you get the idea. Basically what I did, I was rolling down on that and made sure I wasn't going too fast. The rail is a little bit slick so it's kind of difficult to balance on it right now because if you get too far back to where you are on an icepick for a lot of other rails, you actually will move out. I did that a couple of times already today. So what you want to do pick up your back peg on it just enough and place it on the rail. You don't want to smash it on the rail because that messes up your balance. So you want to make sure it is a pretty gentle motion to get up on to the rail. At that point, you basically squat back and keep looking ahead because if you keep looking around all the stuff down by your sides, it is going to throw off your balance as well. So keep looking ahead off end of the rail. For something like that where it comes to an end, all I really have to do is just get to the end and then make sure to stay on my bike. For something where you are icepicking a ledge and you are not getting to the end, you are going to have to hop off just a little bit and that is going to involve a sort of gentle pick up kind of like you are picking out of a manual to do a bunny hop and just enough to undo your pegs and slide them off to the side. The main thing with this is you want your front wheel to be right next to the object you are grinding so if your front wheel comes down, it will come down into a double peg ride. The reason for that is if your front wheel is too far from the object, you are going to twist off of the object as you start to squat into it to maintain that balance point and if your front wheel is too far over the object the other direction, a lot of the times your peg will twist off just a little bit and your tire will start rubbing and that will create dragging. That will mess up your balance really quickly. So just make sure to keep going straight. Don't land too hard on the rail or ledge or whatever it is else you are grinding and keep looking ahead to the end and you should be able to ride out of it fine.
