On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Gilson Oliveira speaking to you from Camp Unfitted in New York City. I'm bringing to you today, practice drills for fighters. This is a very interesting type of push up, the plyo push ups. It is very, very known and used by boxers, at least the types of boxers that I work with. For boxers, I like to work with it. It generates a lot of power. Especially in one side. And then if you move, for instance, clockwise and then you switch, and then the other side is going to be really performing the exercise. Okay, so just like a regular push up. Go down, and now, move it clockwise. Then you can reverse it. As many times, as many times around as possible. Until you get really good strength to just go around and around.
