On behalf on Expert Village I'm Sifu Dwight Woods of Unified Martial Arts Academy of Miami, Florida. Today we are going to talk about Advanced Jeet Kune Do. So you remember that in the beginner section, we talked about the aspects of combat Kicking, punching, trapping, grappling. So, when we talk in terms in advanced Keet Kune Do, it's not necessarily the techniques are any different, it's more how you train and what you train, the way you train. So, Jan and I are going to demonstrate something that probably about 20 if not 30 years ago differentiate Jeet Kune Do training from everything else and this is the trapping now. This is going to be some what static, it's not going to be the dynamic stuff because I really want you to get the essence and then we also have to put into historical context and how this trapping was first introduced. So, as we film these clips, I just want you to keep in mind that this is not going to appear realistic but is just again another training method.
