Teaching children personal strength and risk taking is all part of being a parent, teacher or mentor. Yet as I look at our society we are stopping children from learning these qualities with too many controls on them. ➡️Handstands are being banned from schools as we speak... Why? Because parents need to blame others for children hurting themselves. ➡️Our school gets sued often... This whole practice infuriates me > we are building a world of bubble wrapped children into bubble wrapped adults who require constant reassurance and ego patting. ✔️Fact: kids get hurt, adults get hurt but if we don't take judgement risk, learn to stand on our own two feet and make mistakes how on Earth will we be a strong adult for the future. #blivewear #fitfam #fitmum #srfavourites #healthy #fitgirl #handstands #abdominals
@belinda.n.s. Animal prints are just as perfect for workout clothes as they are for our everyday outfits and this girl proves it with her white-leopard matching set.

@gypsyone Nothing complements an all-black look better than a bright shoe and these neon sneakers really do the trick.
@iza_goulart Prints and neon colors are like peanut butter and jelly when it comes to workout attire; they just go better together.
@toneitup Karena and Katrina of Tone It Up are always stylish and these metallic bras are no exception.
@alexajeanfitness Loving these bright leggings and poppin' pink shoes. This mom proves you that colorful workout clothes are always in style.
@hannahpolites This Aussie is all over the style game in her black-and-white ensemble.
@jenselter For the more daring out there, try cutout leggings paired with printed sneakers.

@elliegoulding This superstar singer also happens to be a well-known vegan and fitness nut. It's no surprise there with her rocking bod that she'd also rock some super-cool clothes during her workouts.
