If anyone owns the holiday beverage space, it’s Starbucks. From Gingerbread and Toffee Nut to Caramel Brulée and Eggnog, if you’re looking to get the perfectly festive sip, Starbucks is there to make all of your holiday wishes come true.

But this year Starbucks has truly outdone themselves with the strangest (and perhaps most deceptive) holiday drink of all: the Fruitcake Frappuccino.

You read that correctly. Starting today (December 15) through this weekend only, you can order a Fruitcake Frappuccino to sip your way into the holiday spirit. We won’t say this is a flavor that we were losing sleep over, but our interest is piqued.

According to the Starbucks press release, the drink “starts with a Hazelnut Crème Frappuccino-blended beverage with dried fruit added and spiced with cinnamon, topped with whipped cream and an ornate topping of caramel dots and a sprinkle of matcha.”

What does that mean for coffee lovers? There is zero coffee to be found inside the cup. Wish we could say the same for calories.

The newest addition to the holiday drink menu was launched to celebrate National Ugly Sweater Day (December 16). For those curious enough to delve into this dried-fruit-blended insanity, you will be rewarded with an ugly-sweater beverage cozy to accompany your Fruitcake Frappuccino purchase — if you’re a Starbucks Rewards member, that is.

This comes after the coffee giant debuted the Snickerdoodle Hot Cocoa at the beginning of the 2016 holiday season and the even-stranger beer-and-espresso creation back in October. So, have we finally reached peak holiday-flavored coffee madness?

The verdict is beginning to role in on Twitter, and the response is maybe not what you thought it would be. Plus, how cute are the beverage sleeves?!
