Britney Spears is sharing just how she gets that incredibly fit physique — and it’s a workout anyone can do.
The 35-year-old pop star shared her sultry outdoor workout on Instagram Tuesday, featuring kettlebell swings and dumbbell curls paired with her enviable yoga flexibility — all while showing off her awesome abs, of course.
Spears is no-nonsense when it comes to her workout routines, which are for both her physical and mental health, according to People. She exercises daily — sometimes on her own and sometimes with a trainer, though she doesn’t really need the motivation, she says — and is known for occasionally posting her workouts on Instagram for her fans.
Becoming a mom to Sean, 11, and Jayden, 10, has also been part of her motivation to stick to a consistent exercise routine.
“After I had Jayden, it was real easy for me to get back in shape,” she told People. “But five years later, I started noticing changes in my body. My hips are a bit wider because I’ve had kids. So it was crucial for me to be continuous with my exercise. Consistency is key.”
As far as her typical “home gym” routine, she told Women’s Health that she spends about 45 minutes doing a rotation of cardio and weights.
“I like my workouts to be effective in a short amount of time. I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio — usually running — move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises, such as push-ups, squats and sit-ups, then finish it off with a stretch,” she said.
Spears’ other fitness activities include swimming, the cardio class Totally Drenched that combines treadmill work with circuit training, and, of course, dance rehearsal for her ongoing Las Vegas show, “Britney: Piece of Me,” which is set to close this year on New Year’s Eve.
With her Vegas show wrapping up, could making official workout videos be in Spears’ future? Here’s hoping!
