Ever found yourself stuck in Greece and really wanting to get in an arm workout (sure, all the time, right)? Well, Kate Hudson wasn’t about to let a minor detail like not having dumbbells at her disposal get in the way of her toned arms.

The actress and Fabletics activewear co-founder got creative with two bottles of rosé in lieu of exercise equipment, and now we love her even more.

Appearing alongside Fabletics co-founder Nicole Stuart in a Flashback Friday Instagram post, Hudson takes on triceps extensions, biceps curls and overhead presses while enjoying some fun in the sun. “Sometimes you gotta work for it,” she writes.

This isn’t the first time the fitness aficionado has proved that being physically active can be fun: Her Instagram is an oasis of fitspiration, from modeling Fabletics looks to proving that fitness is a family affair and gym time can be enjoyable and versatile.

“When I exercise, I need to connect to myself and see how I’m feeling at the moment, because my mood is constantly changing,” she said in a 2016 interview with Shape magazine. “Some people need structure and a regimen, but I’m not a planner.”

While not a planner, Hudson is certainly a creative force, inspiring ladies everywhere to turn working out into a lifestyle and to look cute while doing it. The 38-year-old also authored a book titled “Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body,” which teaches readers how to plug into their body’s needs and learn how to feel good in their own skin.

Meanwhile, why not take a page from her Instagram post and sculpt those arms? Just carefully replace the dumbbells in this workout with your favorite bottles of rosé, and treat yourself to a glass afterward for benefits like lowered cholesterol and skin-loving antioxidants.
