How to Clean Hair With White Distilled Vinegar

White distilled vinegar is created by the fermentation of ethanol. A major ingredient created during this process is acetic acid, a weak acid used by cosmetics companies in many clarifying shampoos. An economical alternative to buying these shampoos is to use a white vinegar rinse you make at home.
