The demands of your busy lifestyle, which include a full-time job, daily fitness routine and busy social and family life, do not leave you much time to worry about things like wrinkled clothing. Luckily, you can learn how to make a homemade wrinkle release spray that you can use on your family’s clothing to ensure everyone leaves the house without wrinkles. The trick to maximizing the effects of the homemade wrinkle release spray is to liberally douse the clothing with the solution and allow it to pull the wrinkles out of your clothing for as long as you can before you put the garment on your body.

Mix ½ cup each of baking soda and filtered water in a large mixing bowl.

Move your face away from the bowl as you slowly add 3 cups of distilled white vinegar to the bowl, 1 cup at a time. The mixture will create a fizzing reaction much like an over-the-counter cold and flu effervescent tablet. Allow the mixture to sit until the fizzing reaction is over.

Add three cups of water to the mixture and stir thoroughly.

Add about 10 drops of your favorite essential oil, if desired, to the mixture and stir thoroughly.

Pour some of the mixture into a large bottle with a nozzle top. If you have any remaining homemade wrinkle releaser, pour it into a plastic or glass container with a fitted lid.

Store the bottle and container in a closed cabinet.
