About 63 miles northwest of Chicago, the suburb of Woodstock’s aquatic center presents you with a variety of swimming options. Woodstock Water Works is a state-of-the-art outdoor aquatic center that offers an eight-lane competition swimming pool, which has 1- and 3-meter diving boards. The recreation pool at Woodstock Water Works provides you with a water park atmosphere, featuring a double flume waterslide. Additional features include a baby pool, water playground area for kids, two shelters and space for you to picnic.
Aquatic facilities in Elgin cater to all ages, whether you are swimming for fitness, competition or entertainment. Located about 40 miles northwest of Chicago, Adventure Island allows you to choose from a therapy pool, recreational pool and a competition swimming pool. The competition pool offers eight lanes that range from 5 to 12 feet deep, plus 1- and 3- meter diving boards.
