Remove the tortillas from the package.
Put the tortillas on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a damp paper towel or plastic wrap.
Microwave the whole package of tortillas on high for 30 seconds. Heat for an additional 30 seconds if the shells are still cool. To heat one individual tortilla, microwave on high for 5 to 10 seconds, depending on your microwave's power.
