To be honest, stumbling across an unhealthy edible fruit isn't easy because there aren't that many. It is why doctors encourage people to include more fruits in their diet. Some fruits however have more benefits than others. And in the unrelenting war against stomach and thigh fat, the following fruits come out supreme.

There is a lot more to mango than just its great taste. According to a study done at the Department of Nutritional science at Oklahoma State University, eating mangoes can boost the rate at which the body metabolizes fat. This is because of the high concentration of phytochemicals and vitamins such as Vitamin A and Vitamin C. Mangoes are also high in fiber, which regulates the glucose level in the body, reducing the rate at which calories are absorbed and covered into fat. Because of their many benefits, mangoes are occasionally described as a super fruit in some circles.
Apples are great fat-burning fruits. Studies at the University of Arts and Sciences in Japan revealed that they contain high quantities of polyphenols, which are capable of enhancing the rate at which the body burns fat. Apples also are high in fructose, which makes it harder for the body to digest. They also have high fiber content, which means your body needs to burn more calories while digesting them.
Instead of nibbling on chocolate, try eating a slice of pineapple. Pineapple contains a high amount of soluble fiber with very little cholesterol or sodium. Pineapples also are rich sources of vitamin B6, copper, Vitamin C and manganese. They are also tasty, making them a refreshing snack that you can add to your diet. Best of all, their low-calorie counts means that you won’t have to worry about overshooting your daily calorie limit. A cup of pineapple with all its richness has an average of only 82 calories in it. By comparison, a 100 g bar of chocolate contains an average of 400 calories.
There are two unique features about the watermelon that make it such a great fruit for weight loss. The first is that it contains a lot of soluble fiber. That’s important because the fiber content will keep you satisfied for longer periods of the day. The second unique feature of watermelon is that it contains high levels of nutrients and vitamins but very few calories. You can therefore indulge in it a little more than you would other fruits without worrying unduly about the calorie impact.
