Taking good care of your sensitive skin is not only about how you treat it on the outside. Your diet and water intake can also help keep sensitive skin under control. Drinking several glasses of water each day helps drain toxins from your body and maintains hydration. Eating foods like fish, nuts, seeds and vegetables can also help to nourish and hydrate your skin.
