Don’t-Miss Pieces We Published Last Week


As head of content for LIVESTRONG.COM, I read a huge amount of health and fitness pieces every week. Many are the blog posts, feature articles and slideshows from our writers. And, then let’s not forget all the great pieces out there on other websites too. It’s essential that we stay up-to-date on all new studies and articles being published in the world of health and fitness.

After we publish the pieces here on LIVESTRONG.COM, we also read the comments that our site members are posting at the bottom of our articles in order to respond to questions (when we have answers) and to find out about the comments, thoughts and experiences you as an audience want to share with us.
