Motivation: Don't make a resolution. Make yourself.

The New Year has finally begun, and along with it the usual trend: New Year’s resolutions that revolve around cutting down on unhealthy habits, losing weight, getting in shape, eating healthy, quitting smoking – the list goes on. While some hold fast to these determinations, many fall off the wagon after a few months. Let’s face it, most of us tend to crumble under the pressure of making resolutions on New Year’s day. We at decided to get a head start by launching the '40 Days of Fitness' campaign to do one healthy thing everyday between Thanksgiving Day and New Year's Day.

Don't just make a resolution this year, reinvent yourself! Set your goals and develop the discipline to see them through. There's no shame in falling off the wagon as long as you get back on. If there's anything we've learned from the incredible experiences our fans have shared during the Train for Your Moment Contest it's that you CAN improve your life no matter what your circumstances are. This year, I'm keeping it simple: I'm going to make resolutions throughout the year whenever I'm inspired to do so; forget about New Year’s day!
