Printable 8-Week Workout Calendar and 10 Free Workout Videos


Summer is just around the corner.  If you’re ready to get into swimsuit shape, we have just the tool to help you.

We created an 8-week downloadable and printable workout calendar to go along with the 10 free STRONGER workout videos that you can play from your laptop, desktop, iPad or mobile phone, and take with you anywhere on-the-go.

All you need is 35 minutes a day to get in beach-ready shape! There is no equipment needed at all.

How to Sign-Up to Get the Daily Workouts Emailed to You (Along With the Meal Plan) and Tracking Tools:

To access the free tracking tools and meal plan, you can officially sign up for STRONGER. If you're already a LIVESTRONG MyPlate user, log into MyPlate and then be sure to click the banner that says "Check out the all-new MyPlate." (The banner looks like this). Then, once you are in the new MyPlate, click on the "Workouts" tab. On the right side of the page you will see "Join Stronger Now" and select date to start AND select meal plan. Once you select those, you will see the meal plan showing up for you in MyPlate.
