The Good Health Campaign

I need your help. Don't worry--it'll just take a second. (Ok, maybe two minutes.) And it'll make you feel good.

I read something powerful this morning, and I recommend that you check it out. (Don't worry, it's short.)

Read it yet? How about now?

Ok, good.

As you probably know, I'm a big fan of promoting good health. Partially because I enjoy the content, but also because I know it's an area that is frustrating for so many people. But it doesn't have to be that way. Health can be fun, enjoyable, and confidence boosting. But sometimes we just need a little boot in the rear.

That's why I enjoy the #ImaGreatist idea.

It allows you to do something unselfish for yourself (eating healthy, exercising, making better decisions), while also do amazing things for others (motivating and inspiring people to "pay it forward").

In the spirit of the #ImaGreatist campaign, I'm wondering how many good things we can do just for the sake of placing healthy behaviors on the consciousness of many.  The world needs a little more positivity. We need a movement that has people feeling inspired, kicking *ss, and taking charge of their world--both as a way to be healthier and make others feel better.

So this is where I need your help: Tweet your workout. Share your (preferably healthy) lunch. And let's just spread the word. You'll feel better. Others will feel better too. And hopefully we'll all take a step closer to realizing our potential (the LIVESTRONG.COM purpose), have a little fun, and become a little better.

Feel free to call out @LIVESTRONG_COM, @greatist, or my personal twitter handle, @BornFitness.  We'll be keeping an eye out for your tweets and spreading the word.
