If u want energy for ur workout at the start of ur day in a natural way then
1 Glass of milk
4 dates
Put these together in blender for a few seconds and shake. Blend milk and dates as per ur desire but -

Some people prefer small chunks of dates while others prefer completely blended shake.. Make it as per ur preference!! It is very healthy before a workout and also it is great to have it on empty stomach in the morning as breakfast if you want to gain some weight!

Here is a simple low carb, high protein shake. Eat with bread+almond butter if you need more carbs and calories.
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop vanilla/chocolate whey isolate powder
2tbsp ground flax seed
Stir, let stand for 5 minutes (flax seed soaks)
Stir and slurp it up
