While they haven't "cured" obesity yet, sometimes science is our friend. And there ARE tried and true tips and methods you can and SHOULD use to help you on your weight loss journey.

Now, many of these, if not all, will seem, like, well... "DUH" (haha) and you definitely may have heard them before, if not already employing them on your journey. But sometimes it's good to be reminded AND it's good to know that the things you're doing HAVE been proven, by science, to aid in your weight loss and overall health. wink
