How many calories should I be eating?

Hi, I'm 14 and about 190lb. I walk for about 30 minutes a day (which I hope to increase eventually) and I do about 20 minutes of various workouts also. Currently I'm eating 1200 calories a day but I have been doing research and am wondering if this is too low? I have only been doing this for 4 days or so, what calorie intake would you recommend for me and how much exercise should I be doing?
