Struggling

I've come along way with my weight-loss journey... Lost 20kgs since Feb 2018 however I'm really struggling to stay on this journey.. I've been eating junk all week and gained back 2.5 kgs which has honestly demotivated me I can't even bring myself to exercise! How do I get back the spark?

      There's no way you gained 2.5 kg of fat. More than likely it's mostly water weight from an increase in the junk carbs. Maybe that will help ease your mind. smile

      Don't worry about the eating junk for a week. Think of it as a dietary vacation. But like all vacations, it must come to an end. It will probably happen again down the road too. It doesn't mean your healthy eating is over, just that you had a break.

      Time to wrap up you "vacation" and regroup. You got this.

    • So comforting to hear this. I read somewhere someone spoke of water retention etc... *Sigh of relief*! Vacation needs to end I really need to get my mind in the right state again.
