need help slimming down, this is what I do

Heyy guys, I know losing weight is an everyday battle but I'm here to give u some of my tips and tricks for you too slim down in a moderately high process l. I'm not a pro but this it 100% to works with me.
I'd like to start as well I decided to take out all the protein including fish and chicken, just because it's found in a week of not having meat I lost more weight, legit have all the vegetables in the world especially tabouleh (some of u may know) also this is quite a not so healthy choice but it's chicken noodle soup either in a cup of soup form or knorr soup. Obviously veggies are less sugary than fruits but seven fruits are all healthy just make u go easy on some the fruits. A lot of water and green tea for sure guys
