I am 18 5'3 and 145 and I want to lose 20 pounds. I have a bad habit of snacking when I want food and when I want food I have to get it hence why I can't lose weight? I try my best to go to the gym and lose about 400-600 calories any time I go. And I really want to lose my stomach fat. Any tips and suggestions?

    • Stop snacking! Eat 3 healthy meals per day, its really not that hard! Good luck!

    • -Eat at least 1800 calories a day. You wont gain fat if you eat that amount in healthy, whole foods. Eat more when you exercise.
      -Eat foods that come from nature (meat, eggs, veggies, fruit, nuts, seeds, whole grains.)
      -Try to limit fruit to a couple servings a day.
      -Limit processed foods, fast food, added sugars.
      -Eat a healthy balance of fats, protein, and carbs.
      -Fat, protein and fiber will keep your fuller, longer, so try to incorporate at least one or more in every meal.
      -Drink enough water so that your urine is a pale yellow. Cut out sugary drinks.
      -Get plenty of sleep.
      -Get 60 minutes of exercise daily.
