Endurance on keto.

Yet again keto amazes me.
Today I went back to the gym in the first time since Summer 2018 (wasn't on keto then, just JERFing) and I couldn't believe how far I could go. I actually probably wouldn't have left it at all, but I kind of forced myself to leave since I was there for hours. I only do cardio rn so I was on the treadmill and just went on and on and on without feeling the slightest bit worn out, I was even wanting to feel that way since I was there pretty long. I've never even ran that long in one session before in my life
It's pretty interesting how our body reacts to different fuels, makes me consider keto or at least LCHF long term.
