Hi y'all! I just started on a low calorie, low carb, low fat diet by my cardiologist. I have high cholesterol and am going to have to have a heart valve replacement here soon. I weigh 280 lbs, I'm 5'8", and 33 yrs old. I have Bern doing really good with eating pretty much all veggies and lean meats. I'm walking almost every day, but I'm limited on strenuous exercise because of my health issues. I would really like to get down to 200. I'm staying around my goal caloric intake for the day and have lost some weight already. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!
