no benefit at all

Coming up on three weeks and this time has really been easier than ever. The difference I think has been ready Allen Carr's "easy way" book. Recognizing the mental gymnastics my mind would perform to justify smoking and all the good it did was a big help for me. If the odd craving does come around, it's very easy to quickly remind myself that there really is no benefit to smoking at all. You're all smart people that know it's bad for you but when you remove all the brain washing and realize it really isn't doing anything for you, it will be easier to lay them down and walk away.
