How to change calorie count for maintenance

I've been doing MyPlate since October 2018 but actually have been dieting since September of 2017 and have lost over 70 pounds. My Doctor said I am where I should be now and should consume more calories to maintain. I am 81 years old and do walk when the weather permits, do my own housework, but am not very active besides that. Can you suggest the amount of calories to maintain my weight ?

    • Go into your account, under calorie and macro nutrient goals, change your goal to "maintain". It's not an exact science so if you gain a little you might need to cut back if you are still losing you might need to eat a little bit more.

      I actually try to stay within about a 4 pound range instead of an exact number.
