bulking

I'm 6'1 and 17 years old and I'm trying to bulk, lately I have been eating a lot more but noticed I've just been getting fatter, I have a strict routine in my gym including 30 mins of cardio every day except for leg day and the following day but to get to my point I've gained 3 lbs since I started working out about 3 weeks ago with a 1.1% body fat gain. Any advice?
