New here, need advice

I am a 19 year old 5'1 female and I weigh around 145lbs. Within the past few months I've gained 20-15 lbs. I have two jobs, I'm a waitress and then I also work at Starbucks so I am on my feet most of the day. I usually eat around 1300 calories a day and burn off around 400 not counting my exercise. I go to the gym 3 times a week usually , and do 30 min of cardio and the rest strength training. I have not been losing any weight in the last 3 weeks. Any advice ?
